Extracurricular and Personality Development :


  • Good institutes have a well sketched out personality development program inclusive of almost all aspects of L,S W and R .
  • The program combines the need to be groomed well as well as other aspects related to management of the self and of a team.
  • Personality development is earmarked as a course with due credits given to every aspect of personality inputs .This is supported by a good curriculum and syllabus.
  • There are well qualified practitioners who conduct these courses.
  • Dossiers of students character traits including various performance indicators will add meaning to the course.

Extra-Curricular Activities :


  • The institute must have a well-defined volunteering program where students understand the importance of giving back to society. Typically a winter internship program with NGOs.
  • There are activities like participation in sports events inter and intra institutes.
  • Institutes must train and motivate students to take part in Business plan competitions, marketing competitions and many more such initiatives that enable students to showcase their talents and original thinking.
  • The institute should earmark sufficient credits for students to participate in such activities.
  • Institutes which collaborate on student welfare and personality development are said to be holistic and positive to growth and development.
